Temporary suspension of Parcel Post

From the 1st- 6th of October, Australia Post is temporarily pausing collecting standard post parcels from retailers in NSW, Victoria and ACT because of how overwhelmed the postal system is, with Christmas-level volumes of online orders currently being placed. 

During this period, only Express Post will be available on the triple j store for orders within Australia. As we have no control over this situation all we ask is that you are patient and understanding of the pressure Australia Post is currently under. We’ll keep you updated about any further disruptions, and you will receive a notification email once your parcel dispatches as usual. 



SHIPPING
We are still shipping all orders, however there might be minor delays caused by delivery services adapting to the new rules and restrictions. We are also operating with a smaller team than we normally do to ensure our staff and customers stay safe. Please allow longer than usual for your order to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
