How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also support PayPal.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. You can only use 1 discount code or credit voucher per order.

When will I get my order?

We value that you support TripleJ's commitment to making most of our merchandise on a made-to-order basis locally. Doing so allows us to support Australian manufacturing while reducing wastage by only printing what's ordered.

Production & Shipping Times:

Because of the nature of made-to-order, generally it can take 3-5+ business days for you to receive your shipping and tracking updates as this includes the time to create your products.

Once your order has been completed & shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. Delivery times from the courier can vary from 3-10 days depending on how central you are to capital cities.

*These timelines are a guide only. Your order may take longer to pack if it is a key sale period or if we have a high influx of orders. Sorry - we're doing our best!

If you've not received a tracking update email yet:
If you've not received a tracking update email, we promise we haven't forgotten you! We're probably busy as just and will be hustling to get your order out the door.

Once you've received your shipping update email and tracking:
Once you've received your tracking update allow 3-10 business days for to arrive.

*If you order over a busy period (for example, sale periods or leading up to Christmas), there may be delays with postal services due to unforeseen circumstances. Which are unfortunately out of our control. 

But depending on location it can come faster or slower than our estimates. Your courier will usually give you some tracking updates along the way or you can jump on their website to track it there.

If your order should be there by now and you still haven't received it we suggest:

  • Checking your shipping confirmation emails for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Contacting your local post office to see if they have the package
  • Asking your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If you've tried the above and still don't have your order please contact us with your order #.

Where will my order ship from?

Our warehouse is located in the sunny Gold Coast, QLD Australia.

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates are flat-rate. This means the price stays the same if you order one product or many. Order some for your friends and family to save on shipping costs!

International Shipping:
Calculated at check-out.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If your order is fault, the wrong size or on the very unlikely chance that it never turned up please contact us after taking a look at our returns & exchanges page.

How do I know if something I want will fit me?

Each product page has it's own size guide.

Be mindful that measurements can range up to 1cm either side.
